Mission Statement

EPL aims to honor and elevate lacrosse in EGR by:

  1. Teaching the sport to players and coaches of all experience levels and
  2. Promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and competition.

Guiding Principles

  1. EPL will balance competition with development appropriate for the age and skill of players.

  2. Coaches are selected based on their experience, willingness to learn youth lacrosse fundamentals and mission-orientation.

  3. EPL will maintain a consistent pipeline of lacrosse players to the EGRHS lacrosse program.
